As part of ongoing efforts to foster social responsibility and community development, the maintenance and renovation works at Umm Abdullah Al-Suwaiket Mosque in Al-Khobar have been officially inaugurated in collaboration with the Mosque Care Association. This initiative aims to provide a safe and comfortable worship environment, enhance sustainability, and improve the overall quality of life for mosque visitors.
The project delivered 562 essential services, covering infrastructure upgrades, facility renovations, and the installation of high-quality ventilation and lighting systems to create a more pleasant atmosphere for worshippers. Additionally, the initiative focused on supporting vulnerable groups by ensuring the mosque is fully accessible to the elderly and people with disabilities. The renovations also provided equitable spaces for both men and women to practice religious rituals during the holy month of Ramadan.
Beyond infrastructure improvements, the project also sought to strengthen social bonds, recognizing the mosque as a vital center for community engagement. Moreover, it aimed to encourage other organizations to contribute to the development of public facilities, reinforcing the spirit of social responsibility and cooperation.
The inauguration of this project underscores the significance of enhancing mosque facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience for worshippers, and promoting sustainable community values.
